	The industry is becoming more interesting and challenging because of the emergence of new entrants.But the advent of Government\'s unstable policies sem not to encourage interested citizens due to fear of uncertainty whether as regards ordinary land or building. The interesting nature of this industry in terms of rate of appreciation should and is attracting investors,but how do we minimise the risk of sudden policies Government and its agencies?

	How can someone raise money?
	I have interest in some properties.. but raising money to buy them has been a real problem. I have talked to numerous banks but they are not co-operating. They seem to be interested only in well established organisations. Is there a gimic to getting loan from the banks? I need answers to this questions pls.
